It sounds simple, but it really does come down to the table stakes, which is proper financial reporting. When you go to a poker table, if you walk in and you don’t have at least the ante to sit down, then you don’t have the table stakes and you can’t sit down.

The table stakes as a CFO, proper financial reporting, good KPIs, consistent financial reporting. That’s the most important thing to private equity.
