I was just reading this article about CFOs as risk managers. And yeah, CFOs have a reputation as risk controllers, but the best transformation isn’t avoided risk, it’s designed growth. The CFO is no longer a scorekeeper. They’re transitioning to become architects of growth and transformation. We partner with the CEO to drive purpose and performance through fiscal discipline and strategic insight.

That’s my “yes if” philosophy. When finance leads with logic, not limitations, you enable strategy responsibly. Any operator can grow. A CFO builds the path and ensures the hike pays off.
